The Ministry of Health requires all patients to be screened for COVID-19 prior to treatment and the day of the treatment.
Please kindly rebook or cancel your appointment if you are experiencing any of the following:
Have traveled outside of Canada in the past 14 days
Have tested positive for COVID-19 or had close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 without wearing appropriate PPE
Cough that is new or worsening
Shortness of Breath
Sinus congestion, runny nose that is not usual allergies
Headache that is unusual or long lasting
Lost sense of taste or smell
Nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain
Unexplained fatigue/malaise/muscle aches
Pink eye (conjunctivitis)
Please visit your local COVID-19 testing center if you experience any of these symptoms, and self-isolate until your results are negative, or for at least 14 days if the results are positive.
Your RMT will be self-screening for COVID-19 daily, and will not work if they are experiencing any symptoms.
Please arrive to your appointment no more than 5 minutes in advance.
If possible, please print and fill out your health history and consent forms to bring to your first appointment.
Patients must wear a cloth or surgical mask upon entering the clinic, and sanitize their hands.
RMTs will be wearing government approved surgical masks and thoroughly washing and sanitizing their hands and arms.
You are asked to please use your restroom at home before coming to the clinic as we are trying to limit the amount of patients in each room due to sanitation time. However, restrooms will be available if needed, and will be promptly sanitized.
The treatment room will be thoroughly sanitized before and after every treatment. There will be extra time between patients to sanitize massage table and face rest, pillows, doorknobs, oil bottles, floors, walls, desks, pens, payment system, light switch, chair and stool.
